Stay comfortable and safe at Hotel Arrows
We as Hotel Arrows give the highest priority to the health and safety of our guests and employees. The RIVM has issued a number of guidelines for the catering sector to prevent further spread of the corona virus (Covid-19), which we as a hotel strictly follow to minimize the risk of possible contamination.
Breakfast
In our breakfast room, the tables and chairs are arranged in such a way that our guests can sit at least five feet from each other and do not walk past each other. In order to maintain the experience of the breakfast buffet, we have displayed our delicious products for you, as it were, to make the choice easier for you. Breakfast will then be served remotely by one and the same colleague. If you prefer to have breakfast in your room, we of course also offer room service.
Bar, lounge and terrace
Both our terrace and our lounge are designed in such a way that the 1.5 meter rule is enforced. These orders will also be served remotely to ensure the health of our guests and employees. We serve the drinks between 13:00 and 22:00, only the lounge remains open for hotel guests only until 23:00.
Fitness and wellness area
For the time being, our gym and wellness facilities will only be accessible with a reservation. A maximum of 4 people are allowed in the wellness area, the fitness room is for individual use. A reservation can be made for a maximum of 60 minutes per room. You can contact our employees for available times.
Hotel room
Besides the fact that our rooms are cleaned well as standard, we have taken extra hygienic measures. We ensure that all areas and frequent contact points are cleaned several times a day with disinfectant. Think of the elevator buttons, door handles and handrails.
Front desk
We would like to ask our guests to observe the distance of one and a half meters when checking in and out. To avoid direct contact, our employees will place the key card and the like on the counter, so that you can get it yourself. Our reception is also thoroughly cleaned. Think of the ATM, the intercom and the counter itself.
Staff

We recommend that guests wash their hands well when they return to the hotel. In this way, together we can ensure that the advice of the RIVM is followed as closely as possible and that the risk of contamination and spread is prevented as much as possible.
